Has there been some censorship on here?

    I was told tonight of a poll on here concerning who would be Ronnie Corbett's next comic partner. Apparently it was very funny, but I can't find it. If it's just me being my usual dopey self, could someone direct me to it? If it's been deleted, could anyone tell me why?

    I liked Ronnie Barker. Who didn't? I can't think of a more universally liked bloke. But wasn't he a comedian? A guy who told jokes and that. What would most likely piss off a comedian, censorship or someone making others laugh?

    Like I said, if it's just me that can't find it then ignore me.

    I saw that, and it was indeed very "Barker like" - the sort of tribute Ronnie would have loved. Has it gone? I can't find it either? Tell me it hasn't been removed or censored.

    Yes

    Following receipt of complaints about the "tastefulness" and respect for the dead of the message, it was decided to remove it so as not to cause further upset.

    Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion

    And everyone has a different sense of humour, but I cannot see how that was offensive in any way, shape or form.

    I sincerely apologise to anyone who may have been offended by the poll (if it was the poll what I wrote yesterday afternoon).

    It was inspired by a discussion on the official Watford FC message board - which my colleague posts on.

    I thought it was in comic spirit and did not intend to cause offence.
