    <div class="ds-headline" id="ds-headline">We'll be okay ... no Hassell says Bobby</div><div class="ds-firstpara" id="ds-firstpara">CASH backing is making Swansea favourites to win promotion on Saturday, according to Barnsley fullback Bobby Hassell.
    The 25-year-old defender is happy for Barnsley to be the unfancied team at the Millennium Stadium.
    </div><div class="va-bodytext" id="va-bodytext">&quot;Swansea are tough opponents, we've not beaten them this year, they are favourites,&quot; Hassell reckoned. &quot;Their chairman will probably demand they go up after the money they've spent this year.
    &quot;We've not really spent anything. All the pressure is on them.&quot;
    Hassell and the rest of the Barnsley back four - Antony Kay, Paul Reid and Paul Heckingbottom - have to keep a strike force worth £425,000 in check if Barnsley are to win a place in the Championship.
    Swansea manager Kenny Jackett started with £300,000 Rory Fallon and £125,000 Leon Knight at Brentford in their play-off semi final. Lee Trundle, scorer of 21 goals this season was on the bench for the 2-0 win.
    Hassell added: &quot;Swansea's strength is their front line, that's where they've spent all their money. We know they've let a lot of goals in, we're going to exploit that. I think their manager is more scared to play us than we are to play them.
    If Reid and Kay can keep hold of their front two I think we'll be fine on the day.&quot; Swansea leaked 32 goals on their travels in League One, Barnsley let in 25.
    Hassell is one of only two Barnsley players who have played at the Millennium Stadium.
    He was there two seasons ago and lost out on promotion to League One with Mansfield Town after a penalty shoot out.
    Hassell was scheduled to take the fourth spot kick against Huddersfield but did not have to step forward as Mansfield lost the shoot out 4-1.
    &quot;I think when we look around the stadium on Friday it will bring back memories,&quot; he said. &quot;Bad memories for me because we lost there. I'll be a bit nervous before hand because I don't want that same feeling of a loser.
    &quot;With Mansfield we should have won the game, we had a goal disallowed in the last minute which was a legitimate goal, we done well in the semi finals on penalties, we scored everyone, we only managed to score one in the final. It was just one of those days, it wasn't to be for us.&quot;</div><div class="va-date" id="va-date">25 May 2006</div><div class="left"><div class="inactive">« Previous Page</div></div><div class="right"><div class="inactive">Next »</div></div>
