BARNSLEY defender Bobby Hassell is still waiting to know the extent of his rib injury but has already been ruled out of Saturday's clash with Swansea.

Head Physio and Assistant Manager Rick Holden told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "We still do not know whether he has fractured anything yet and we will have to wait and see how the swelling and bruising goes down.

"A bang like that on your ribs is very, very painful but if there is no fracture then it is nothing really serious. He has no chance of being fit for the Swansea City game although he could be back in action in around ten days or so".
