    Simon Davey proved that when he played him at times in midfield.Having said that no matter how much I like/admire him he deserves a club fine for todays foul.

    Hassell played well until his reckless and unnecessary challenge, but lets just be thankful him lunging in with two feet off the ground studs showing didn't end up costing us. What is annoying is that he had his song chanted to him as he left the field to a standing ovation.

    don't think there were many more tbh in fact he played in a
    more defensive role in that game anyway. simon davy played him in midfield in a few league games and his distribution was terrible and davy got some stick for it as i remember. but today he seemed to relish the role and one things for sure with bobby is he'll give 100% wherever he's picked to play,

    Hassell was excellent today until his moment of madness. Wiseman immense? Really? He was better in the second half to be fair to him.

    Nobody has said anything about Wiseman so why do you feel the need to say he was immense and Bobby was crap? Sounds like you're just trying to be a little contraversial. Bobby was excellent today and you know it.

    I'm not a big Hassell fan as some will know but I did feel he was having a good game today in the role he was given until the two-footed tackle went in. I do think if he still has a role at BFC it will be midfield cover rather than defence. Some will disagree of course. I also thought Wiseman did ok after a languid start. Not brilliant but 'ok'

    I am a massive Hassell fan and I have got to say his sending off was warranted and judging his body language as he went up to the ref he thought the same, as you rightly say up to then he was playing well, my man of the match.

    Not many ref's could have given yellow for the Hassell challenge.......Red every day of the week.

    Up until that point I thought Bobby was having a great game in the 4-1-3-2 formation.

    Dawson then stepped his game up (which he needed to) after the sending off and put in a good shift.
