he is a very good player and one who has said he loves the club etc but to walk out to a local rival does not show love to the club, he was happy to sign a new deal for the extra money at the start of last season only not to see it out! If BFC come out and say they decided to sell him then thats obviously different but on the face of it seems to be his doing! Good luck to the player but he is no Neil Redfern who could have moved to Sheff Wed but told them to jog on!!!!!
walking out?????FFS the club are moving him on get yer blinkers off this is a balls up from the club and we all know it!!

please read first I said " If BFC come out and say they decided to sell him then thats obviously different but on the face of it seems to be his doing!"
If a player is coming to the end of his contract and is not going to sign a new one - the club has no alternative but to get whatever it can from wherever it can. We simply cannot afford to hang on as a matter of principle and thus get nothing at the end of the season. Doesnt matter who the player is - isnt this just common sense?
I'll put money on it that the fee will be an undisclosed one which, if it's so, begs the question of where the sum 600k comes from.
Radio Sheff last night They said it was from "reliable sources from inside one of the clubs" No mention of a player coming the other way though
