hate to say it but we missed jacob burns deeply last night

    especially in the first 30 when we needed someone to break up play and keep a cool calm head on the ball.

    still in it though - not over by a long shot. a very close encounter , nothing between the two teams .

    I don't think we had much choice..

    he wanted away and then his agent said he'd stay for more brass.

    Perhaps what we should have done is replace him

    Yeah we could have forced him to go through the motions but who wants someone playing who would rather be elsewhere.
    In anycase I think Howard is a better player.

    Would our strikers have scored a better percentage of their chances if Burns had been on the pitch? I doubt it and that was our main problem, as for conceding we missed Hassel much more.
