Hate to say so!!!

    Just heard, Motherwell have accepted offers from Barnsley for 2 of the players, however, the players cannot agree personal terms, what does that tell us?? and the Barnsley offers for Porter from Oldham and Hawley from Carlisle have fallen WELL short of the clubs valuation and this is before Barnsley can even start to discuss personal terms!!!.
    Lastly the lad from Fulham is now talking to another club again because wages cannot be agreed, so dont be suprised if there are no signings before QPR game.
    To put this in perspective it shows that Mr Shepherds frugal financial policy will take us down purely because he is so Stupid not to be able to see that if we want to stay up and guarentee income from the Championship next season Barnsley have GOT to be willing to pay above the !%00 a week cap they have at the moment.

    I heard that Mr Shepherd defended his wage cap policy stating that only Colchester have a smaller wage than Barnsley, where are Colchester in the table ?? they will stay up , we wont.

    Wonder if the other player from Motherwell is Scott McDonald - Aussie striker. Southend recently had a bid turned down for him. Wouldn't mind Brian Kerr either.

    If it's true it tells us that another club will offer 10 bob more and they will go there. There will be anarchy in the streets of Barnsley if no deals are done. If we don't sign anyone, and if we get relegated because of the tight -fisted policy of this Board, then all the lot of em should resign.     GS knows the valuation of the players he has bid for - You, do not.</p>

    GS knows what he is prepared to pay in terms of salary - You, do not</p>

    GS knows how much money is available for transfers fees in total - You, do not</p>

    GS knows what money is available for salaries - You do not</p>

    GS has full view of the BFC accounts - You, do not</p>

    GS IS acting in the best interests of the club - You on the other hand would prefer us to go all in (In poker parlance) and risk the lot on the possibility of staying up.</p>

    Thank F*CK GS is in charge and not you.</p>

    sorry but ...

    GS seems to have failed to realise that when...and not if.... we get relegated out go many many more ST holders and match day ticketeers.....down goes the quality even further...its a down hill spiral, we may begin next season with nicely balanced books ...but I wonder how long that will last as the fans begin to vote with their feet.

    but he seems to be doggedly ignoring our plight all to save a few shekels....in the long term...

    oh I know we do not want the black hole we were in 3 - 4 seasons back...but we are gonna be sailing close to those waters if we aint careful.
