Despite all the doom and gloom and heartbreak of Board inaction, Manager 'doing down ' our chances as a Club, lack of activity in bringing players in, and blah blah blah.....
I love this Club me YooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooReds!!

Why Andy Ritchie must now leave Barnsley Football Club

Against Birmingham it were odds on we would lose
Birmingham have spent millions and they have just come out of the Premeir League with a good squad
So no shame in losing at Birmingham
But what gets me is statements by Andy Ritchie after every match that TARN lose
i.e. we were unlucky and we didn't take our chances

You make your own luck in football like you do in life
If he knows, and he must have known at the beginging of the season, that the front players miss the target much more than they hit the target - then why hasn't he put this problem right and brought players in that can DO THE JOB

As a motivator of players, Andy Ritchie is good at this
But a managers job is more than this.
A manager must have the ability to strengthen the squad if need be.
Andy Ritchie does not have this ability and therefore must be classified as a poor manager
Consequently, Andy Ritchie must leave the managers job at Barnsley Football Club while there is still a chance that something from this season can be salvaged

Everything has evaporated from the feel good factor experienced at Cardiff
When fans such as TinaTyke are saying that they feel let down by the club - then something has got to happen

Why people must now stop trying to undermine Andy Ritchie

Paul Hart

Steve Parkin

Nigel Spackman

Unrest

Destabilisation

Expense

Debt

The death of BFC.

Is that what you want, cos thats what you'll get....

And another thing YN

I was at Birmingham on Saturday, I was sat with the Brummie fans with a mate who's a brummie supporter. We had a great time. Its possible to know people from outside TARN, sit with other fans and still enjoy yourself. No violence was involved.

I agree with the last 5 points

Unrest

Destabilisation

Expense

Debt

The death of BFC.

And by being relegated back into the 1st Division will definatly go towards causeing these
We are stood at the edge of the precipice and looking in

I just like to keep you informed.

Of the way that football can be enjoyed, its not all about being tribalistic and violent.

Did AR takes us up against the odds?

How can you say he must go is beyond me, birmingham have spent 7 mil on 2 players this summer and are in a good run of form at the minute so losing is no disgrace.

Sacking is not the answer, he has even said he expects us to yo yo between leagues in the past becasue he is been realistic, not saying he wants this to happen but understands it easily could. Even if we go down AR has a proven record he can take us up stabilty is the key, dario gradi just that!

RE: Why Andy Ritchie must now leave Barnsley Football Club

Fact is Nardy must start. We created sod all at Brum until he came on. With Nardy on from start we could well have got a draw. They were not 2 goals better - in fact 2 mistakes by us (Richards and Reid) is what cost us the 2 goals.

To be honest, the atmos was crap. Home fans are rubbish. The introduction of all seater stadiums and large numbers of season ticket holders may be good for many things, but atmosphere isn't one of them. The tea was crap as well! Karen Brady, sort out your tea, it tasted like hot sugary water, thank god I put some sugar in it or i would have paid a quid for hot water!

yo yo between leagues.............Dario Gradi

Do you think if we go down....we will go back up the season after
Do you think ANYBODY would be showing concern if that was the case
If we go down we could well be down for longer than we were last time
Can you stand another 5 to 10 years in League 1
If this club goe's down its going to be a long way back
Why - because the club will lose a large part of the support because of the transfer fiasco

And as for Dario Gradi..........Andy Ritchie int no Dario Gradi
If we had Dario Gradi we would probably think there is chance to bounce back
But not with Andy ritchie and his buddy buddy tactics

you are simply speculating unless

you attend all training sessions and pre and post match talks-which you don't

try to be objective for a change instead of airing your petty prejudices

I honestly do not understand this emphasis and reliance on Nardielo

Nardielo is a better goal scorer than what we have at the moment
But that dunt mek him any good
If a Champioship club has to rely on one forward of Nardielos restricted capabilities - then that club is going down

did you think we would go up last season?

No you didn't, you had the same lack of faith in the team as you do now!!

If we keep the squad and management together they can grow and only get better.

What are your expectations for this season? 4th bottom would you be happy? becasue we are 3 points off that and can easily go on a run of games, like colchester who we've beaten or wendy who had that one win and have grown in condfidence!

I bet Bolton wished they sacked sam allerdyce when they were in relegation trouble in there 1st season back in the prem and 3 points away from safety!!!! Perfect example of keeping faith with a manager who has beaten the odds in surviving with little money and turning a club around people forget boltons 1st few seasons in the prem, but obviously AR cannot do that can he yet you cannot give any real explanation as to why which you have evidence too!!!

difference is Nards has never been given a good run of games

either because of injuries, inform strikers or lack of fitness! Yet in recent games he looks most likely to score for us!!
