Good to Wednesday fans aren’t bothered by us. How many did they take away to other games? Certainly not the amount they bring to Oakwell. Maybe because most Wednesday fans are from Hoyland etc.

A sheff u fan I know refers to them as South Barnsley.

Anyway hope they all enjoy their day out for their cup final. It’s them who take more, not us as our home section usually remains as full as it usually does.

What i don't get about it is, On Radio Dee Dar. Seth Bennett and that other ******. Praise the Wednesday support at Oakwell last season, just becasuse they brung 7Thousdand, Did we not take 6.800 on a Tuesday night to Hillsborough, No mention for us on their. i wonder why,

Some of the most hardcore Barnsley and England support comes from Wath, West Melton, Bolton, Goldthorpe, Thurnscoe, Wombwell, Hoyland and Mexborough. We regurarly meet up and go to home and away games together and meet up with the 'tarn' lads.</p>

Also a lot of W*****day, and United. There's quite a few Leeds fans as you get out towards Thurnscoe way on for some strange reaseon ? Local towns to Wath such as Swinton and Rawmarsh have a lot of W*****day and Rotherham.</p>
