that I have not been subjected to that much abuse since i sat in the Spurs away end when we were in the prem. i went with a group of mates who were palace supporters and sat behind the goal on the other side of the Barnlsey fans. The palace supporters behind me were absolute muppets and it got comical in the end, even my mates were embarrassed to be there. They were so rascist against Kayote and Jamal, talking about the big nigerian ni**er who they had all donated £1 to Friday night at sport releif yet half their side are ethnic. No steward batted an eyelid as usual. Taking the mickey out of Souza's hair...how lame! Blinkered beyond belief, the obvious North South divide on our players calling Souza and Van Hommo Northern tw*ts....thick as sh*t. It seemed to me they were running out of things to shout about! I just wanted us to score so ik could turn round and rub it in. Oh the joys of football eh! Still the pie and mash was good but Peckham Rye and South London in general is a sh*thole, be thankful of where you live that's what I say! And the atmosphere was rubbish, talk about Oakwell being quiet, it was a morgue.
you should have complained about the racist abuse to the local boys in blue. they would have had no choice but to have done something about it. write a letter to the club and to the football league. its appalling that mate. last season, quite a few at hillsboro got locked up for a lot, lot less.
Yeah I know, trouble was I was on a bender with my mates who are all palace fans and they all agreed with me but as a general concensus ushered me to the exit and the nearest pub and in the end they got bored of me going on about it! Needless to say the group shot off a minute before the final whistle because i was gonna take a picture for use later when i sobered up but they beat me to it.
last thing you wanna be doing with a gallon on board is speaking to the mets finest anyway. you might end up with free bed and breakfast in local nick.
I sat in the stand behind the dugouts with Palace fans I had no prblems and they wished us the best at Wembley.
