I can tell you why the answer is no because the amount of **** that you get from certain posters means no actual news ever gets posted. Shame, but true.
Lee Crooks The (terrible) news of his signing was broken on here by me a few weeks before he signed. He was going out with one of the nurses at my place of work at the time.
Hmmmmm Varley told us we were signing someone, Paul D remembered he'd previously mentioned Heckingbottom in previous posts, so concluded it may well be him at which point Varley got massive monk on.
generally speaking you'll here it on here before BFC remember we have an official site with a news section.
I Posted On Here........ a month before it was officially announced that Sam Togwell was leaving in the summer.
arse batter. Here/hear, what a nuisance that I can't edit, hopefully nobody will notice. ***SITE ADMIN*** can you make this post invisible. Thanks
All of them tend to fall through at the last minute. Due to unreasonable demands and that. Or so my source at the club* tells me. *Gawber Road WMC
Well..... If you are referring to his hints at take overs etc, then yes.
In a fit of pique DT posted up an e-mail a friend had shown him from an erstwhile member of site admin who for reasons well documented is no longer tolerated on here, and rightly so. We shall call him Mr Mainwaring.
Anyway, mr mainwaring alluded to a takeover that was indeed happening, which he said he had found out from well placed sources during a conversation at Silkstone Garage of all places. Mr Mainwaring also made out that DT had 'stumbled' upon this by mistake when he was posting his made up stuff on here.
The fact there's been no takeover I think demonstrates that Mr Mainwaring was himself fantasising a bit. To what end we can only speculate, but if you were to guess that said person craved attention and wanted to be involved again and thus thought this was the way to go, then I think you'd be pretty spot on.
This all demonstrates that those who claims to know stuffactually knowf-ck all and are just craving attention.
Here endeth the lesson.
