    Anyway,

Depending on what club you're at, and what kind of transfer budget you have try and sign up Derek Riordan, Scott Brown, and Gary O'Connor from Hibernian, they all turn into great players.

    Also, Andy Webster from Hearts.

I started a new game the other day as tarn, closely avoided relegation in my first season but am storming away now, almost in 3rd. Brought in a few players, got Nardiello back on loan for a season, bougt a player called Kenny Lunt (left/right wing) and keep swapping flanks with him and shuker. Works a treat! Also signed a Chelsea youngster, Josh Dutton-Black from Southampton and Jason Norvillle from Watford all on frees. Al try those players tho, thanx

Kenny Lunt..I hope you got him on a free! After the first season if you get in quickly enough you can get him on a free because his contract at Crewe is up. Try Tony Dinning too, he's cheap, scores a lot of goals and is a great defensive midfielder.

Apparently Michael Nardiello is a good little player too, available on a free from Man Utd after the first season.

I think they might be related.

Alsopp is a good scorer, he went to Walsall on my game, they finished 18th and yet he hit 30goals!

If you can raise the funds get Sam Parkin, he has a release clause in his contract for £350,000.

Pidgley the keeper on loan from Chelsea is decent, as is Spector, Manchester United's American goalkeeper.

    Very realistic!

See if West Ham will loan out Hayden Mullins, he's always transfer listed on mine, never tried to get him on loan though.

Just browse all the free agents, normally a few gems in there.

    I'm in 2014-15 season

3rd season in Premier with Barnsley.

Just avoided relegation last season by winning away to Arsenal in last match!

Started this season unbeaten in first 11 games, after 19 games only matches I'd lost were Arsenal and Liverpool away, and Man Utd at home, and was 4th in table.
Unfortunately it's all started going pear shaped and I've not won in 6 but still in contention for 4th place.

    Star signings this season
Wes Brown, now 35 but solid at the back - been trying to get him since I got in the Premier.
Arturo Lupoli, Italian striker, came from Chelsea in a part-ex deal that took Guarin (player of 2014 World Cup) to Chelsea. Lupoli has scored 16 goals so far, unfortunately he has a minimum release clause of £10.5m and his value has crept up to £8.5m so I expect he'll be going sooner rather than later.

For those of you just starting - I got relegated in my first season so shows it can be turned around if the board stick with you.

Just turned down the Barcelona job!

I'm in season 2010-2011 and I'm Spurs and Tarn

Since I've left Tarn and took over at Spurs they've not appointed a manager and signed any players, so once I realised they only had 6 players I added a new player and took over, I took the risk of signing alot of players in a rush, and so far some players have been fantastic and some poor

We are currently 15th after 20 games, 4th with Spurs
