Copied from a PM... here's a list of possible targets :
Dick Barton
Alfred, Batman's butler
Mary Mary quite contrary
Polly Toynbee
Peter and Dan Snow
Ray Mears.
In next weeks Chronicle.........

I don't think they should have ever lifted the dwarf posting ban, the site has gone downhill since then. But who am I to judge, I'm not a judge that's for sure.
yes. I seem to be somewhat misinformed. Andy Ritchie didn't sign these players so they are better.
Let's just hope we have more success than with what we got in last season.

At least most of our new signings aren't from the 'alehouse league'. Which is a relief. Just hope Peru and Turkey's leagues live up to their well-deserved 'strength in depth' reputation.
Hope its not Foster. He hardly set the world on fire at Burnley (7 starts) and he's not really tall enough.
You could be right. I think we ought ot sign Bella Emberg and John Prescott. We'd have cover for every position on the park. From the centre circle.
Rubbish, Dirk. We stayed up last season - when Ritchie was 100% guaranteed to take us down, apparently. So Daveys signings must have all been brilliant (even though by the end of the season the only one he signed who deserved a place in the team was Nyatanga - who had gone back to Derby). You have much to learn about Association Football.
Like Howard, Reid and Hassell ? Ah well, forein leagues - that's 'different' cos...it....just....is.
Kozluk and Johnson aside, who have we signed ? I hope they're as yet undiscovered gems but the faith folk appear to be lumping on them is bizarre to say the least.

Agreed. Kozluk - good signing. Johnson, if he isn't crippled yet, decent signing. The rest - haven't a sodding clue, and anyone who says they have is either deluded or a liar. Might turn out to be brilliant - hope they do - but I'm still wary of the judgement of a manager who gives Reid a two-year contract but lets Kay go.
RE: Rubbish, Dirk. many times I watched Ritchie take training, telling the squad not to perform in order to get us relegated.
At least he got sacked then we could sign loads of players. Most of whom weren't good enough for the Championship. But at least we signed some. That's what matters.

I'm off out tonight for the first time in ages, I'm not sure what to wear. I've got enough money to buy something nice, but primark is on the way home so I'll buy 6 tops really quickly and hopefully it'll all work out. And none of the bottons will fall off and I won't get a rash and they won't shrink in the wash and then run and ruin my other clothes. I can't remember where I was going with this. What time does Primark shut?
