Haven't posted in a while - but here goes - lower league players = lower league footy

Today was the straw that broke the camels back for me, Coventry hammered us in the 2nd half particularly the last 20 minutes and it showed today that the team who had the balls and the heart for the shirt who wanted it most would win the game. Coventry were so terrible for 70 minutes yet we still did not have the ability to put the game to bed.

Sadly, like most of this season, our team apart from one or two individuals need to look at themselves in the mirror and ask if they are worthy of picking up thousands of pounds worth of wages per week for wearing my shirt and my badge. They were a disgrace to the town, the shirt and the hard working class supporters of my beloved club. You could have got 11 blokes out of the ponty today and they would have shown them what putting in a proper tackle in or rolling their sleeves up and gritting their teeth with a snarle in a tackle really means to the red shirt of BFC.

Wilson got his tactics wrong again and I feel so sorry for the poor sod because he has inherited a team full of absolute lower league dross who simply are not good enough for championship football. They were not good enough after 3 games under that pot pr*ck Hill and here we are still playing the same w*nk players who are making our club a total laughing stock.

The rot started with that of his depth, manc w*nker Hill who insisted on bringing in his lower league bum chums who would struggle against the likes of Wombwell Main never mind championship football. He must have been on a back hander with some of the tripe he brought in. That pr*ck was out of his depth the day he walked in to Oakwell.

Flicker performed a miracle keeping us up last season but in reality in the end, despite excellent end of season form, we have the 10 point deduction and Peterbro' losing at Palace to thank for that miracle. Yet Flicker this season for some strange reason that fails me stopped playing the high tempo never say die tactics / formations that kept us up in the first place and still carried on playing his mates instead of picking the team and tactics to win the game and was rightly sacked, maybe we should have got rid 4 weeks earlier.

3 wins in the last 27 games since Mansford and the 'new broom' took over, Wilson comes in on his shining white horse and I bet he rubs his eyes and thinks f*ck me what a bag of ***** I have in front of me, he could get his boots on now and do a better job.

Those players need to look at themselves in the mirror because they are taking the p*ss out of the supporters and the wages they collect in a working class town.

I would rather have the kids and Sir Bobby playing every week and putting their heart on the shirt than some of the lower league sh*te we have, who just collect their wages and take the p*ss out of the fans. I have seen more b*llox on the front row of a Take That concert than our team has, the likes of Redders and Glavin would be turning in their graves.

When I look at the absolute dog sh*te we have, the likes of Dawson, Kennedy, Mvoto, Perkins, Wiseman, Etuhu, etc etc etc I just think what the f*ck are you idiots doing wearing my shirt. You would struggle to make Chesterfields team never mind BFC. I bet when the lower league dross at our club signed their contracts they thought they had won the lotto and were laughing their c*cks off.

January 2014 transfer window is the crossroads for the future of BFC, either Danny is allowed to farm out the tripe and spend some coin / bring in loan players of championship quality or we will be relegated and that could be many years in the wilderness of lower league sh*te with crowds of 7k every week at Oakwell.

Today (2nd half) was a disgrace to the fans and shirt of BFC and something has to give, enough is enough.

Many moons ago to my fellow BBS forum users on here slagged me from pillow to post for condemning Hill for bringing in his pals of lower league dross to Oakwell, look where we are now, we are a team still littered with the very same lower league dog sh*t who would not get into the Athersley Rec's first team and do not give a flying f*ck for the badge, the shirt, the town, or its people. They are stealing a living from us. I said then and I will say now, we have had a scatter gun approach in the transfer market for lower league toss pots and now it is proper biting the club on its arse. Instead of for every 3 lower league idiots we could have been fetching in one single championship quality been there done it wore the t shirt player.

Fingers crossed Danny is allowed to work some magic in January and get rid of the lower league leeches and bring some proper players in.

Like a fool we will still carry on watching them, home and away, its a pity the players do not have the heart and b*llox of the supporters.

Time we had some BFC old boys in the coaching staff who can show the players what it should mean wearing the red of BFC.

They have far too much money and not enough pride, heart and soul for the shirt, its town and most importantly, the fans, the people.

Aye, good post Wath & West Melton.

We know what BFC means to us, as fans.......it's just a shame we have a crock of sh!te players who don't know and don't care.

Got it spot on.I have been watching Barnsley since 1967 and this is the worst I felt coming back from Wembley after losing the playoff final vs Ipswich.We were absolutely crap!
