I'm still convinced that what should have been a decent game was ruined by one man's ego. Football needs to get its act together. People do not pay (very) good money to watch 10 against 11 or 9 against 11, or an egotistical incompetent referee strutting his stuff. Fact is I have no idea whether Donny are any good or not. I thought they were pretty fortunate against Man City reserves, and they were not showing much today until Mr Rennie took things in hand. Perhaps the greatest irony is that Donny's game tends towards the over-physical (eg Doolan on McPhail last season) but, when they play us at least, they seem to get away with it. I honestly don't mind losing to a better team, but recent encounters with Doncaster just leave a bitter taste.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

    The ref was crap. Fact.

Also a fact is that Conlon and Hayes could have been given extra large banjos, stood in a cramped cowshed, and they still wouldn't have hit any arses. Although, they'd have tried, unlike a certain Nardiello.

In fact, it was a crap game played by two sides - one slightly less crap than the other - in a crap league, officiated by a crap ref and at least one linesman who wouldn't have noticed his own shirt being pulled by a elephant. Wearing a hat.
