I've got one - great games. Dead Rising - quality and Fight Night Round 3.

In terms of Wii and PS 3 - would go for a Wii. Ps 3 games likely to be expensive and to be honest I always found the Nintendo games better - likes of Mario , Zelda and metroid are quality games

I haven't made my mind up which one to go for yet, but not in a rush...

I think I'll hang on until next Christmas when I'll probably go PS3 or 360. If the Nintendo goes like the Games Cube it won't get the software support and it will only cater for the japanese cute and cuddly / dungeons and dragons market that Nintendo seem to look after. Plus that new controller on the Wii looks ****. Oh and I can't see my self going into a shop and asking to buy a 'Wii'. 360 does look attractive though.

    Always preferred Gamecube games

Resident Evil and Metroid were brilliant games

Games like Mario kart were great as well . Jesus -you wouldn't believe I was 36![IMG] GROW UP MAN!

I thought that Mario Kart (all of the Mario Kart games in fact) was brilliant

Other than that, I thought the console really struggled and I hardly used it. My PS2 more than made up for it. There was one game I really enjoyed on the Nintendo though - think it was called 'XIII'. Super Monkey Ball was good as well. Quality. PS2 always seemed like a better machine though with more support.

yes mate, the controller does look ****...but.....

the way the games are controlled is revolutionary. All motion sensored, it really does look amazing. Probably look a bit daft if someone is in the same room as you whilst you are playing on the Wii, but I bet its a scream if you are both/all playing on the Wii together.

Im saving for the PS3 - its gonna be one hell of a machine.

I'm too self conscious to be waving my hands about!

I've heard very good things about the PS3 - downsides are the cost and the waiting time. Launch in Spring - you'll be lucky to land one before Summer, and at top price too. I written it off until next Christmas, maybe even January 2008. I'm in no rush.

    Bit risky I think

It's the whole BLU ray vs HD - DVD thing that would worry me. It's like betamax v VHS - theres got to be a loser. The 360 has an add on HD Dvd drive but it isn't the basis for the whole machine.

In terms of the Wii - i think the games will be fun . Graphics are not as good but they aren't trying to compete on that level.
