    I'm heartened at his comments and shocked by how bad we looked.
    Thank god Davey went - the only regrets are he didn't go in May and also that he was allowed to waste money over the summer.
    Beggars belief how the club was allowed to get into such a state!

    If the players come with me and do what I am asking of them there won't be a problem. If they can?t or won't then it is a different matter. We owe the supporters 100 per cent in each game and I don't think they have had that. You have got to run around, get your foot in and win tackles, basic principle and we didn't do enough of it.

    I am trying to do something to strengthen the squad and are a lot more competitive on the pitch. Some of the players have had an opportunity today and it hasn't been good enough. How we do that - some personnel may need to change.

    I agree davey may have wasted some cash, but i think hammil and gray were good aquisitions..

    Time will tell though i suppose! :)
