he is lazy ---- Thats just a load of rubbish. Richards and Wright probably work harder, but Nardiello doesn't get close.

i have yet to see him win an aerial challenge. -- Scored at least one header this season, possibly two. And he's won quite a few recently.

rarely tracks back or helps out. --- Absolute rubbish. If anything he does too much tracking back which stops him from getting in attacking positions.

is constantly out on the wing --- Strikers have to do that to get the ball. We hardly deliver telling service to our strikers very often - the wingers certainly aren't able to do it at the moment

richards and nardi for me with wright to come off bench at least he works hard -- If you want workrate, Nardiello shouldn't be in the squad. Hayes and Richards are our best partnership for me, with Nardiello and Wright as useful substitutes. Our run of poor results came when Hayes was dropped to the bench.

he's an awful plater who in no wy what so ever benefits the team

 

Hayes is a good striker but (and its a big but) his form at the moment is very poor!
