That the position of the manager's hands during a game has any influence on the team at all? The influence Ritchie has on them is exerted during the week in training and during the dressing room before the game and at half time. Any shouting he does during the game is just hot air; the player's focus is elsewhere.

imho we've got an average team who are currently in a play-off position. That tells me that Ritchie has a hell of a positive influence on them. Yes, I'm disappointed that we're struggling to win a game at the moment, but I guess that must be the same for the other clubs in the top 6 as they aren't pulling away from us. We've still got a great chance...
