    Closure might impact on their Oakwell advertising especially as Mick Hayselden has passed away. No point in pushing yourself at Oakwell if your business is based in Doncaster.

    They've usually collected my car for service and brought it back. I can't see them doing that from Doncaster. :(

    It’s down to VW and how they are changing their dealer setups.

    It’s left the Huddersfield Rd setup not workable.

    So no choice but to close it really.

    They did, my brother bought a Datsun from there. Their slogan was "Drive a Darton Datsun"

    They had a fair few dealerships in th 70 and 80s and then I think there was a bit of controversy with clocking used cars I believe. It obviously went belly up after that I'm not certain of weather it's true but certainly seemed to go wrong rather quickly.
