I'd be surprised if we were still in the hunt for Hayter now Wright has arrived . Perhaps there's a possibility of someone leaving to make room for Hayter ? Personally , I'd prefer us to bring in a couple of defenders , either as full signings or on loan until season end .
Patrick Cryne will be funding any offer for Hayter, he has indicated that he will make funds available to Ritchie as he did for Tommy Wright.
I'd be shocked if we brought in another forward I just can't see how anyone could justify the expense.

If we are in for Hayter I wouldnt have given Richards a new contract. Saying that, we haven't got enough goals from the strikers this year. Jarman isn't good enough back up. Not enough goals in Richards and Hayes, and Nardiello injured. I would personally like to see one of the best strikers in this division come to Oakwell. He has big potential.
