    I've been a LJ fan since day one but this run doesn't justify to keep him.
    But can we afford to get rid of him?

    Only in football where you don't perform in your job, you get fired and compensation!! in the real world you just get sacked.

    Sadly it's not only in football.

    It's all over where you find supposedly valuable individuals in highly paid jobs who quite often perform no better than you or I would.

    There are more than a few football managers on the gravy train.
