    We need some new songs for some of the new players instead of using the Danny Danny Danny Haynes song for half of the team. Nile Ranger ditty down at Peterbro regarding his old Facebook pic was a good one.

    Have we actually had any new, cleaver chants since the Bobby Hassell one derived a few seasons ago?

    It's the same old ones like you say + COTR and Red and White Army. When you catch Soccer AM and the fans of the clubs you hear some real good ones the fans sing about their team. We don't have any like that.

    Plenty are suggested (on here) but they tend to be way too long to take off.

    There was a song out a couple of months ago by The Subways called "We don't need money to have a good time", the chorus of which says those words followed by three blasts of "Come on!". I've always thought that it would work well as a chant for us!! It's on YouTube if you want to have a listen.

    I know this isn't about a specific player but hey ...

    Recorded a long lost version of "The Reds Are Going Up!" to that very tune circa 2006. Got the backing track so might ask my mate for some studio time and give it another bash IF we are still contenders come April/May. :-o
