    I must admit, that's the first thing that came to my mind. All the wingers at West Brom must be preparing for their new roles as full backs.

    Had it not been for a last second goal at Brighton Mel would have had us in the play offs. The football was awful at times but I'd swap that for our current situation right now.

    We had some good players under Mel. Fleming and Taggart in particular two of our best defenders ever I'd say. I enjoyed the Mel years myself.
