And dont bite my head off but i was told that Hassell has agreed to go to Wednsday in January for 700k
Great Business....... for a player who will leave us for nothing when his contract runs out in the summer.
that would be a devastating blow to us if it turned out to be true. Is Hassel out of contract in the summer? If so we'd probably find it pretty hard to turn that kind of money down I'd have thought, and would be another case of appalling management at Oakwell. does anyone know which players are out of contract this year (and therefore eligible to negotiate a move next week)?
Hassell Needs To Be....... offered a new contract so we don't have to sell him cheaply and don't lose him for nothing in the summer. But why would a guy with ambition resign for us when we show none ourselves ?
Wednesday have aint got that sort of money anyhow Cryne said we need to strengthen not sell our most consistant player
Shepherd doesnt talk contracts until they are almost up. Foolish man Football is not like any normal industry. The Chairman is a liability.
Leeds rtyke, were you at the game today? if so did you buy the match prog (thereby giving some cash to BFC)? if so, you no doubt saw what Shep wrote in it about neogotiations of contracts. chairman as liability, you'd know!
Fair do's. If a club £20+mil in debt can spend that sort of money good luck to em. If they offer him more money per week than we can good luck to him.
I read the programme. Wonder if an apology will be in it on saturday For the incompetence that was today's programme
Absolute bullshat pal...... 1) Nobody would waste that on a player who is out of contract in the summer. 2) GS does not deal with SWFC 3) They ant got any cash
I also heard he was leaving in January Didn't hear anything about Wednesday or 700k though. Someone also mentioned we're after Seth Johnson and Michael Gray, so I don't think we can read too much into all the rumours flying about
