Best female prospect we've had in my lifetime. Probably the best since the days of Wade and Barker. Lots better than Laura Robson. No debut centre court nerves from her. Playing like she's an experienced pro. Hope she keeps it up.

Is that why Robson has overtaken her in the world rankings then?. Lots better, don't think so.

Robson flatters to decieve and did have an head start winning Wimbledon juniors before Watson won the US juniors. Watson has potential to make the top ten, but I cannoy see Laura getting that high. Watson is playing brilliantly against a woman 55th in the world.

Heather Watson played very well today and could become a very good player but to dismiss Robson is out of order she is 2 years younger and ranked higher they could both become good players

Watching Robson(97) against Schiavone(26) and Robson is playing really really good. Currently 1 set up and looking to break in the second.

Robson is OK, but not to the level Watson is at. Injuries permiting there will be a fair old gap between them this time next year. Laura seemed to do alright today before the usual British choke happened. She's done well to be in the top 100 though as very few teenagers are. It's no longer like the old days of Hingis winning Wimbledon at 16 or Sharapova at 17. The game isn't producing teens of that level anymore.

Good luck to her. I'm never really took to her when she was in M-People.

Not sure what would be worse if it rains.

Her horsing out a verse of moving on up from the stand, or Cliff Richard giving it some swagger.

Is Robson old enough to have impure thoughts about yet ?

she will make a living out of tennis but she won,t get anywhere near the top 10,not got enough power to compete with the top 10 girls same goes for laura robson she does have power but doesn,t move well enough.
