To those people who react emotionally following a defeat (and I get the frustration, I was furious last Saturday, disappointed but proud on Tuesday, and really, really frustrated yesterday) just for a bit how about not posting anything negative for a few hours until it's subsided a bit and rationality starts to kick in again? I don't believe many people at all genuinely want Hecky out but there's a risk that we give the new owners the impression that we're not behind him. And therefore an excuse to get rid. It might not seem like it right at this moment but I believe we may be on the verge of something special and Hecky is key to that. The potential owners will be watching results and gauging public opinion. Think carefully, do we want to give them a view jaundiced by the emotions immediately following a defeat......
Maybe a bit of perspective that we have played, in that spell, Villa who plucked out our best players and signed John Terry for how ever many thousand a week, wolves away who signed a midfielder for 15.8 million and Spurs away, losing by the odd goal in two of them.
There's probably two posters staying anything against him. So next to **** all. Better just to let it drop off the front page rather than blow it beyond proportion. What I hope is they learn it's not easy to replace players at the top of their game, regardless of how much you get for them.
I’m not worried at this stage, didn’t go yesterday but by all accounts we were always in the game, maybe even the better side. That means nothing when you can’t put the ball in the net though, didn’t Lee Johnson try a similar formation during that horrendous run? It seems totally illogical that a team lacking goals would play one up front, it’s doesn’t even seem a system where 1 becomes a 3 with wingers tucking in, it’s far too cautious.
I didn't think we would really gel until November having so many new players. I am pleased with our progress so far, and believe a mid-table finish will be achieved. With longer term contracts, plus a couple of astute buys next summer, I think we could then be in a position to surprise a few people.

Someone should take note of who is peddling this sh.ite - and remind them of it when things have been turned round. Which they will.
