    Spoke to him in the Cambridge Services on the way back and, although as polite as ever, he was not a happy man and the 'positives' were the furthest thing from his mind.

    Everything I see and hear from Hecky impresses me. It's not just what was achieved last season; it's the way he presents himeslf and his analysis of the team and it's performance.
    After listening to some of the nonsense spouted by his recent predecesors it's nice to hear an honest and intelligent analysis.
