Thouhgt it was one of his best games today, don't know why he gets singled out. Is it the age old adage of pick on a local lad and make him the scapegoat? Weren't complaining in the Millennium were we. Difficult game today - possibly 2 goalkeeping mistakes, or am I being harsh? Thought the lads put the effort in and restricted Sunderland to a handful of chances. Plymouth could be the turning point if we can control Ebanks Blake and Hayles. Keep yer chin up!

Nowt to do wi him being local, it's to do wi him not being able to defend propoerly. He was better than Norwich but that ain't saying much

And yes, Colgan should have done better, but hey, we were'nt complaining at the Millenium...

Are you joking? The game I saw, he constantly was out of position, constantly pedestrian, constantly unaware of what was going on around him and constantly gave the ball away. He won a couple of headers in the second half and linked up a bit more with Howard going forward.
He has constantly been caught out in this league and is not good enough.
    Just my opinion, like.
    Ditto Austin today.

We need to improve our full back options drastically in the summer. Its probably the weakest part of our squad.

'We need to improve our full back options drastically in the summer. Its probably the weakest part of our squad.'

Could not agree more. There has been a constant clamour for Centre halfs throughout the season which I have never really understood. Reid and Kaye are solid enough but are constantly exposed by full backs out of postion, slow and indecisive.

Eckersley to me looks like a Billy big time who won't bleed for the cause. Apparently, he has been mouthing off in the dressing room too. (That's a rumour by the way not confirmed fact).

I feel sorry for Austin..............he hasn't been given a proper run in the team. I reckon he could do a decent job but seems to keep missing games due to injury or one or two indifferent games.
