35 years old, didn't realise he was that old.

He was preferred to FSV Mainz number one keeper last weekend again for their 2-1 win over SC Freiburg. Let's hope he plays against Wolfsburg today too.

I watched my first BLiga game of the season last night, BVB v Bremen, the style of football is akin to the Championship, but with the added quality of being a top tier. Really enjoyed it, gonna make sure I watch more. If all the games are like that in for a treat with it being on BT.

You should head over for a match.

    Fortuna Dusseldorf vs. FC Koln
    Fortuna Dusseldorf vs. St. Pauli
    Bayern München vs. SC Freiburg

They're my 3 planned fixtures this season, hoping to go and watch BVB at some point too.

Would really like to. It's justifying the spend to our lass though, who hates football and hates that I love it.

Jet2 do flights for about £60 return. Match tickets can start from as little as £6 at some grounds too.

Berlin is good for shopping, so send her to do her thing while you take in a game and the odd beer :D

LD Red - do you buy the tickets in advance and if so where do you get them from? I've found loads of sites but never know which are legit.

Wanted to attend a Bundesliga game for ages now.

Google the club you want to see and go through their website, most of them have an English option :)

I've already applied for Bayern München ticket for February, I'll try and find you the link if you want?

Third party websites will rip you off, saw one of them offering Fortuna tickets for £57 compared to the £18 you'd pay from the club itself.
