    Had hoped to

But couldn't get away in the end - hit a few snags on the work on the house. Charles Wells have got a lot to answer for.

Not that I'm doing much work at the moment, mind you . . .

I was gutted to miss today

But when I swapped weeks for Palace at home it seemed like a good idea. Hows the missis?

3 stone lighter than when I went to Stockholm! Not that I see her much these days, she's practically moved to the gym.

You'll be pleased to hear that the chavtastic Half Moon has now changed hands and is Pop Idol free.
