I've been away from these shores for 4 weeks. Why that's a long time. And what a makeover this place has had. And I was kept up to date with the cricket by Gaz today, what a fella. And then I got home, opened a bottle of red wine (Yellow Tail, Australian (pffft!) Merlot, £5.49 from Co-op, get it in large quantities) and I watched the cricket highlights. And my kids were home, and the wife, but hey, you can't have everything ;-) nice marriage gag AIRy .... Anyway, nice to be back. And it's Friday night, and it's a bank holiday weekend which I didn't realise until just now. I personally love cricket, always have, ask my mum, but this series is just bloody fantastic. And I see Barnsley are unbeaten at home, but unwinnable/undrawable away, in the league, so not great then, but still in the cup, but are we happy campers or are we doomed to another season of mediocrity? Is SM gutted? David in Lincoln suicidal? TMFDM telling us all he told us so? Nice to be back, like slipping on a pair of old jeans. Cheers Lads and Tarn lasses*. * best sort, should have married one I reckon. Still, always next time.
RE: Welcome back Spain (holiday) then Paris (work). That Yellow Tail is a feisty bugger, contemplating 2nd bottle as I type.
