Hmmmm, our team played ****, international defenders such as Michael Svennson and Claus Lundekvam out, a brand new team, Bale not playing a fraction of his ability, and you STILL coulnt beat us....

Relegation beckons for you I am afraid. Maybe we will pop down and say hi when you are playing Bournemouth next season. :)

No love, you failed Geography I take it

Battered Mars Bars are a Scottish delicacy.

I'll say this for you, considering Barnsley are aiming for survival and Soton reckon to be looking for automatic promotion/play offs there was nothing to choose between em yesdi. Oh and WE'RE 8th and top scoreres and Soton are where???

Oh and chips n gravy - Peter Kay sketch 'ave you nowt moist'. Wrong side of Pennines sweetie... you really should look things up

I take it you have not travelled much, all you northern monkeys seem to enjoy it.

If you want to look at league tables after 4 games then good luck, I would prefer to wait until you lot come down to our place, when out £7million worth of new players start to gel and we walk this mickey mouse league.

Is that all you take to away games, 500?

Thought you were massive?

Even Plymouth and Southend will bring more then 500 and they are tiny

We'll see

Not prepared to knock our lads at present.

And geographically - Southampton, like Portmouth without the class

RWould love to stay and chat...

But just about to leave for Twickenham to go and watch the Stones in concert.

We all have jobs down south you see so we spend money on such pleasures.

Critical difference

"New players that cost £7million" does not mean the same as "£7million worth of new players".

Your start to the season suggests your shower fall into the former, not the latter category. People talk of this "time to gel" nonsense and yet our new (inexpensive) signings appear to have slotted right in with immediate positive effect.

When we'd been down from the Prem a couple of seasons, we went mad spending millions on mediocre players. They never did "gel" because they just hadn't got it. The result was we nearly lost our club. £7million is a lot of money to gamble for a club at this level.

I am glad you have accepted it, that is the first step, soon you will be off benefits.

Not really a gamble as we have a new regime now in charge with plenty of cash between them, players such as Rasiak, Skacel, Pele and Wright-Pjhillips are hardly mediocre.... will all come in time.

Well you're on your own there then because all the other Southampton fans I've spoken to have suggested we'll stay up easily.

Never mind - I won't think less of Southampton fans generally just because of you.

Seem to recall similar words fron fans of Leeds,Leicester, Norwich, Crystal Palace, Wolves, Coventry and Ipswich over the last few years and what division are they STILL in?
Good luck mate, 'cause if you don't go up this season be prepared for a long stay!

Hardly worldbeaters either though

And I'd wager they're all on some tidy coin.

They're the worst kind, the big-time Charlies who think this is an easy league.
