The actual away end (open terrace) holds 1,400, however the segregation can be moved to accommodate more. We've had 1500 Tranmere fans here last month and more from Stockport last season.
Hey up mate. Just been having a look at your forum, you lot seem quite pleased with the draw and rightly so. My guess is you'll turn us over easily. Where one of you is a bit wide of the mark is regarding our away following - we usually take a very lot, especially if it's local. Having said that, everyone is so depressed with the way we're playing that it could definitely have an effect, but anyway I guess we would sell 1500 to 2000 if we're given that many.
One of your fans seems to think we only take 500 away. Can you let him know it's more like 1,500 so far this season.
I've read your thread on your forum, your fans seem to be of the mind that we don't take many away fans... erm, it's the only thing we've got going for us as a club right now, our terrific away following. Whatever you send us, expect them to sell out. Personally, I'm working that weekend so I'd prefer it being selected for TV. And you would be favourites for the tie. We're a team of kids with a manager struggling to see the wood for the trees, if you've got some big horrible blokes in your side, I'd back Alty for the win. Any notable players we should look out for?
I wouldn't take much of what you read on there seriously. The GMP will know the score and they'll have the final say on what's what
Average must be getting on for 1800 for Doncaster, Chesterfield (which was Plod restricted), Blackpool and Rochdale. The other two were Southend and Millwall on a midweek night.
Just a quick question, have you lot got an electronic scoreboard? If you do , does it work ? Plus could you post a picture on here so the fans that dont go to away games can see what one looks like ? Ta !
A guy on their forum fancy us to take less than Grimsby and Tranmere? Clearly they don't realise that we've the 2nd highest away average in league 1. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
