My memory is playing tricks. Does anyone remember a series about a couple of lads and their adventures at Caxton or Claxton Hall ? They had a tree to hide in and there was a portrait up the stairs with a pair of moving eyes.</p>

Or have I imagined it ?</p>

few years back i bought it on dvd still as scary now as back then as a 6 year old,well not quite, but still good!

What was that about ?

Vaguely remember one where some kids were in a tower block, and the further they went down the stairwell the closer they got to somewhere resembling Hell.</p>

No wonder we grew up mad as hatters.</p>

awakes on earth,most scary bit for me is the opening episode where he comes alive from the undergrowth in the woods,not that i have seen it in 30 odd years as its sadly unavailable on dvd,but that scene sticks in my mind the most,check this if your interested
