    Control Panel -> Regional settings

    Varies slightly between Windows versions but it's in there. May have to add UK keyboard and then delete US or whatever's set up.

    Its set as a Yank keyboard,

    Go into Control Panel and alter it

    Bit more info

    If XP might need to select the Languages tab of "Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options" then Details button and the keyboard options are in there.
