I'm at my friend's house, and her keyboard configuration is all to pot..
to get the @ sign I have to press shift+2 instead of shift and the usual..
how do I reset it? is there a UK configuration setting or summat?
help required - TIA!!!
Lynz

Control Panel -> Regional settings Varies slightly between Windows versions but it's in there. May have to add UK keyboard and then delete US or whatever's set up.
Bit more info If XP might need to select the Languages tab of "Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options" then Details button and the keyboard options are in there.
cheers guys.. was on the right track but dint see the keyboard language setting, just the 'language' bit... says it'll be ok next time it's rebooted...
time to reboot ourselves with a bit more wine now..
