This place is about 15 -20 mins walk away (down hill all the way to Hillsborough). Had Sky last time I went in. You'll get parked no problem at 12, and if you turn your car around back up the hill, you're parallel to the A61 so should be good to get back home. Not sure about wearing colours. It's a real Wednesday stronghold, so I'd be cautious.

The ones nearer the ground are a bit dodgy to say the least.

They did last season. But it is a bit of the main track. Problem is there's no official away pub at Wednesday. The ones nearer the ground are either ticket only or horrible. Your other option is to go to Grenoside (a few pubs in the village have Sky - Try the Old Harrow, and the Angel), and then leave there at 2 ish, and drive down Fox Hill to park - you could get a bit beyond the Fox and Hounds, but not much further. Grenoside is nicer, and you shouldn't have problems wearing colours.
