    Having a mare
    My mate has lost his season tickets ...... his plus his daughters ....
    What is the club policy?
    Plus his daughter is not going and I was planning to upgrade on the match day ( is this possible) - will the club be able to help?
    Thoughts?

    And what about upgrading?

    As potentially leaves me without a ticket ......

    Lost = tough

    The last stance made public knowledge was that any lost season tickets would have to be replaced at full cost by the supporter and Don Rowings advice was to claim on your home contents insurance if you have it.

    A child's ticket can't be upgraded in terms of you paying the difference between a concession and adult ticket price as the ticket was bought at a lower than normal face value anyway but it is of course possible to buy another ticket in the same stand and then just sit in his daughters seat.
