    Ive been ripped off with a memory foam matress and the guy wont give me a refund or a new one. He wont give his business details even though the Business Act 2006 states he has to and consumer direct cant help without an address. I have his EBAY shop details below, can you guys have a look see if you know him?

    A bit suspicious about this one. What has he actually done? There is only one negative feedback for a pink girl's bed. Why haven't you gone through ebay complaints procedure?
