..looking for some advice since you experienced it just last night. I just stepped outside and saw a brass monkey looking decidedly nervous & was wondering whether to go to the game tonight in a full-blown ski-suit or just try to fend off the cold with alcohol. May just nick the missus stockings tbh - not for the game obviously, just leisurewear. Good win for you last night btw, not far off the play-offs now (clap)
I'd suggest you go with all the options probably did you a favour taking the points and it was about time the dodgy decision went our way!
I can highly recommend wearing stockings and suspenders They give me a 'warm' feeling. It's never dull watching our lads, Jeff.
Was hoping you'd take points off Burnley tbh as they could have gone further ahead of us. As it is, you've come right into the mix. Didn't see the game last night, was on taxi duty for the kids. Besides, I'm too scared to turn SKY on in case they repeat our game against Plymouth.
RE: I can highly recommend wearing stockings and suspenders I'm looking for a general warm feeling not a localised one I'm absolutely dreading our game tonight after our last "performance". Shocking - and I had to watch it amongst egg chasers taking the piss. Wasn't happy at all.
Hard game tonight for ya that bluebird, you never know though ya might get a response from the players after saturdays nightmare.
Wear everything!! Double socks, tights (optional), ski trousers, woolly hat, 4 shirts, vests, gloves, balaclava, heavy coat with hood You'll not move much, but the cold cannot get through!!
Been there, done that ...wasn't hurting anyone so no harm done Looks like we may be going for it tonight if rumours are correct. McCormack is back & so is Bothroyd. Bothroyd & Chops up front, Routledge out wide & McCormack just behind the front line - he plays most of the game there anyway. Purse dropped along with Parry. Central midfield is our main problem. Rae & McPhail not having any influence whatsoever but DJ just loves them & won't change. Opposition just running through them & putting our defence under immense pressure. At least Riccy Scimeca is back on the bench at long last - but may have been out for too long at this stage of his career imo. Keeper would be dropped by me as well.
You'd like to think that, yes - particularly against the best in the division imo. Who knows what goes on in the mind of a pro footballer eh.
So, no major changes then(?) We've got some photos of me (parading around in stockings) knocking about the house, somewhere. I'll have to hunt them out and get them posted on here!
Good advice ...and most of it will be heeded (Y) Still going to try the alcohol remedy as well though - if I can get near the bar with all those clothes on that is!
4 - could/should have been more imo McNaughton injured, Purse, Parry & Eddie Johnson dropped. Heaton would have been dropped by me along with one or both of Rae & McPhail. McPhail's carrying a groin strain (has been for a while) & can't kick the ball more than 5 yards without wincing - not that he does often anyway and certainly not forwards! I'm all for your posts showing the appreciation of the female form btw, but your stockings and suspenders pics may be overstepping the mark, mate - much the same as the videos of me doing Barbie Girl by Aqua & Denis Denis by Blondie over the years in Stars In Their Eyes shows at our local club Just noticed that's my 1000th post - what do I win?
Oh show a little back bone The photos are quite old and are of me when I was a mere 10st. No, they're NOT sepia coloured!!
You're obliged to Post a photo of a scantily dressed lady and you also receive a bronze star. Are you saying you'd be overcome with lust at the sight of me in underpants, stockings & suspenders?? Reading, for me, are the best team in the division and are my bet to win the title.
RE: You're obliged to 1. Unfortunately, forgotten how to post pics - my mind is going! 2. (2gay) 3. Mine also, Played both Wolves & Brum at NP & neither were any great shakes tbh (both beat us though lol) - I expect a lot better from Reading.
Our next home game is against Reading And I'm really looking forward to it. I think they're a very good footballing side, but they also allow the opposition to play, too. As the season progresses, I can see them becoming stronger and stronger.
