Do u know anyone who can fit a telephone extension upstairs. Just had sky here to fit sky+ multiroom but wouldn't do it because no phone socket in upstairs bedroom your help would be gratefully apprechiated

Do ityourself It's a doddle. Get the cable and extension socket from B&Q. There are only 4 wires and the colour code is on the socket backing card.
