    Has anybody got a good recipe for bacon butties? Am layin on a big spread tomorra for some guests an I want to mek a good impression.

    I would suggest

    Top quality bacon from a local farmer, none of that Tesco prepacked, water injected nonsense.  Teacakes, brown sauce and a large pot of tea.  It really is that simple and your mate will be proper chuffed to bits I bet.
