    There's a few freebies.</p>

    Personally I use Kerio although ZoneAlarm is very popular also.</p>

    A google search will find either.</p>

    If you need Antivirus, antispyware etc too, there's a post in the FAQ's that links to a few options.</p>

    The AVG antispyware is a bum steer.</p>

    After 30 days all features of any use whatsoever are disabled.</p>

    If your Windows is a licenced copy use Windows Defender from Microsoft.</p>

    If not stick to Spybot S&amp;D.</p>

    Ooh, didn't realise that about AVG spyware , personally I cant fault Windows Defender nt

    Its the spyware programme that lasts for 30 days then reverts to just basics after that
