    'tis the badger, love

The largest land Carnivore found in Britain is the badger (meles meles). The average boar (sows are slightly smaller) is 90cm 3ft long (including a 10cm 4in tail) and weighs 12.3kg 27lb in the early spring and 14.5kg 32lb at the end of the summer when it is in 'grease'. In December 1952, a boar weighing 27.2kg 60.0lb was killed near Rotherham, S Yorks.

    Seriously

How's it going? Sounds like you're sticking to the regime pretty well....
I reckon you love salads on the quiet?!
You doing the dog walking thing too?
Got a bit of a gym thing going on myself as it happens. Too many Fosters or something.

    Hit a bit of a plateau weight-wise

But I'm still thinking long term. Walking not too bad, but I still hate salads. Food of the devil!!

Keep going! In reality, you don't have to eat salads, just steer clear of crap ... (and Fosters).... can you tell my career as a Lifestyle Consultant was short -lived?!

How much do you weigh then? Personally; i was 12 stone 5 and got shacked up with an ex Cook..... Put on 3 and a half stone in no time when the little un arrived... on a sort of fitnes regime at the moment..... cut down the 'snap' after 8pm, took up competitive tennis again, and after 6/7 weeks i'm down to a 35 inch waist again :)

Mind you............... my weakness is a taste of fodder whilst having a drink late on  And i've just got back from Paris armed with armangacs and brandies to soothe moi' :$
