Just sorting one out and had a problem i have never come across, i am putting them on tiscali dial up which was on their previous machine. When i put the installation in, it then gives you an Icon for Tiscali setup. when i press on that i get a warning "open product, product code" when i click on OK i then get warning it is necessary to log on as an admoinistrator to install,,,,,,, yet here is only one log on account. Any ideas anyone ????????????
