Hi folks trying to secure tickets for 2 season ticket holders...managed to sign into account on bfc website ...I go to buy tickets it then asks me for account and pass word ( only open to members) already typed in same details that got me into bfc account in first place....it then locks me out tried phoning club think they've shut phones down....anybody any idea what I'm doing wrong thxs in advance

What a farce....season tickets paid for for next season now saying this event is not yet available to you....similar to Friday night....paid for tickets tickets scanned not showed purchased luckily mother had receipt with her showing she had paid.... Total farce...
Not our day .I suppose ....club not answering calls either surely you would take on temporary staff to deal with such an occasion...or is that just me who's out of order and once again we are penny pinching re staff.
Getting temporary staff and training them up is probably not feasible at such short notice and for such a small time span. It's a shame you couldn't do online booking for coaches though, would have taken some pressure off the box office staff.
