    This saturday night i am wanting to go out for summat to eat. 14 of us!!! From kids to pensioners!

    Wanted to book Cosmos at Donny or Sheffield as something for everyone then but they wont accept a booking for 14 without 3 weeks notice......... Who needs custom anyway!!!!

    so anyway - Come on BBS - Suggestions needed!!!

    Fayre n Square snaps not bad from my experience pub grub wise, got wacky warehouse attached for young uns. One in Wakey and Marquis ont way to Greasborough. Need to book though for large parties.

    Do not go to the marquis. It's my 'local' and the food is rubbish. I wouldn't eat there for free.

    The Rockingham in Wentworth would be my choice for quality at a reasonable price - think they do two for £12. They'll take 14 people no danger, but book ASAP.

    Really? The one and only time I went there I said never again.
    The whole place was filthy. The plates were filthy, the floor was filthy, the tables were filthy.

    The food was really poor.
    I actually came out thinking my daughter would have had a more nutritional meal at McDonalds! Probably the worst place I have ever bought food in the Barnsley area.

    Last time i went to Taybarns i thought it was poor. Was about 3 years ago!!! And they are still trading so they must be doing summat reight!!

    The Glasshouse Flaming Grill in Wath, but you have to like meat and lots of it. If you're really hungry then the "challenges" are really good value especially the Flaming Challenge Burger.
