Help with a former Barnsley player

    I'am doing a little bit of family research and I'm led to believe a relative may have played for Barnsley at one time - the surname would be Suddick.

    Any details anyone could provide would be appreciated.

    The only Suddick I can remember

    Was a player called Alan Suddick, but he was a Blackpool player in the 1960's.

    There is a G Suddick

    playedonly onegame in 1931 against Oldham, the final score was 3-1 to oldham 02/08/1931 .old div 2, att 5728 .</p>

    Looks like he was a defender, maybe full backaccording to the barnsley history book, although there doesn't seem to be a team photo for that year.</p>
