Help with Mobile Phone please.

    I've got a Sony Ericsson T630. Now I've been sent some pics of the grandkids which are in the pictures inbox, anyone tell me how to save them to the "My Pictures " folder on the phone so i can download them to the PC. I have got connectivity with the phone but it only shows the folder. pictures, files and themes.
