    New laptop and I get the following message in properties within Windows Media Player.

    This file is missing user media rights

    Can anyone advise please?

    Which web browser are you using?

    Premium TV claim they only support IE so if using anything else - try again with IE
    otherwise the old classic reboot your PC and try again

    using ie and windows media, restarted but no joy

    got it working on old desktop thank you.

    Any suggestions on how to fix it on new laptop appreciated.

    Tried all sorts including uninstalling and reinstalling Win Media Player.

    Still no joy.

    Good job I kept the crappy old one :D
